Faculty of Agriculture, National University (Unas Faperta) empower students to combine agroteknologi and entrepreneurship. This was done through the Agribusiness Crop Week activities (STA) entitled Development of Skills and Knowledge Through Enterprenuership Young generation. The event was held 25 to 27 May 2010.
“Through this event. we want to spread the skills and insights into the field of agriculture for the younger generation. Here Unas give tips, so they not only look for work. However, also create jobs by becoming entrepreneurs agroteknologi,” said Ir Frida MAgr, Chairman of Committee Week Agribusiness Crop, Ir Frida MAgr.
Students Faperta Unas also show off the exhibition. Starting from selling the plants, to market products Coara (Coctail Aloe Vera). This product is the result of entrepreneurial subjects being studied. Coara addition, students also make organic fertilizer i use teknojogi Effective Microorganism. The product is also marketed in the exhibition event which has entered the fifth year.

Recent research has suggested that up to 20% of adults have total financial phobia, and almost half of the population show some signs of a milder version of the condition.
The victims have a hard time keeping track of their finances, including the ability to do simple things like open bank accounts because their feelings of anxiety, nausea, and even – in the worst case scenario – total panic attacks. They do not like check your bank balance, put off paying bills, and in extreme cases be avoided completely opening the mail and throw it away rather than deal with the content. The Family Business and Strategic Planning
The world of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is an area vaguely familiar to many people, especially for those who have responsibility for policy development support for the sector. There are myths that affect the decisions of these people, however, there is an even more worrying is that some small business owners keep their own myths, the greatest of these is that they believe that their problems are caused by the lack credit and sometimes even think it’s their only problem. Studies have shown that it is not, the problem lies mainly in poor management.
These same studies on SME problems frequently cited as: declining sales, declining profitability, late payments from customers, among others. Only half of the companies pursuing a strategy of specialization, which aims to strengthen or expand the market presence of its traditional products. Small Business Tips
If you do not dream when developing our business idea we can finish with a small business forever and that is why it is always important to think big.
But thinking big does not mean to act like something we are not.
That is why we must think big but act as a small business to be successful and make money taking advantage of being just a small business.
Do not confuse why the council to think big in business and for example make the mistake of trying to buy or rent an office in the most luxurious place to try to imitate big business. I know several who failed to try to be something they were not.
As a small business you have the further advantage of the flexibility for adaptation and being able to give personalized service at lower cost.
Use these advantages and chase your dreams thinking big but do not try to be and above all to spend money as you’re not because that can have tragic consequences as you do not have the economic resources of a large company.
Think big and grows in a few but steadily.
