A good leader must have vision and have the vision to make a leader has a purpose. This vision is to help every employee to predict the future and what the result of extra efforts and hard work today. For a leader, vision is a reality that is within reach. Vision is not a dream, it reflects a broad understanding that enables an organization to go forward and compete. A good leader designing and directing the right plan to make the vision a reality. The best vision is generated through discussion and debate with employees who take and implement the vision. If employees are unsure about the purpose and reason of the implementation of the plan, they will make extra efforts in achieving the shared vision. Vision must have a direct relationship with organizational objectives. Finally, a shared vision and acceptance of all the followers will this vision is the important thing affecting the commitment and high performance of each member organization. A shared vision not only of individual employee relations and leadership, but also produce a constructive and effective relationship between management and employees. The main steps in creating the shared vision is the employees and leaders must build a working relationship based on shared vision, they are proactively looking for a change instead of waiting for a crisis that demands action, they must determine a common vision for improving products and services, and they implement the vision with teamwork and group effort.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">One step to encourage the process of<strong><a href="http://laccd-contest.com/category/business-credit"> law enforcement</a></strong> in illegal logging may be optimized, then the public participation becomes essential for the upgrade. Public participation in forestry issues are recognized in Law. 41 on Forestry, in particular in article 68. But so far no optimally. Because community participation is expected to push anti-corruption policies in the forestry sector and law enforcement process, as well as eradication of illegal logging in Indonesia.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This book is the result of research and hold a <strong><a href="http://laccd-contest.com/dui-attorney/best-decision-is-to-hire-columbia-sc-dui-lawyers.html">legal framework in forestry</a></strong> conducted by the ICW. ICW try to look at weaknesses in Law no. 19/2004 on Forestry at the same time looking for another alternative legal rules so as to mnejerat those involved in illegal logging to the maximum.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Important phenomena observed in cases of illegal logging in particular forestry sector shows that in general, the perpetrator was released because only caught the Forestry Law. As a legal alternative, this study also examines efforts to ensnare those involved in illegal logging not only with the Forestry Law, but can be entangled with other laws such as the Anticorruption Law and the Law on <strong><a href="http://laccd-contest.com/category/property-investment">Money Laundering.</a></strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">When I teach <a href="http://laccd-contest.com/entrepreneurs-2/six-steps-to-a-great-business-plan.html">my business</a> ethics courses, devote much time to analyze the basic principles of advertising. This is a branch of the business environment that is very visible to the public and is generally subject to ethical scrutiny.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">We know that some hidden dangers lurking to advertisers, who are tempted by the hype, excessive gadgetry, offensive or shocking representations as a means with which seek to attract attention to your product or service, etc.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">But there is nothing in the advertising that is inherently bad, despite what many might think. It involves promoting what you have to sell either a product or service so that potential customers to seriously consider purchase. Many of the widgets are nothing more than a hopeful effort to be creative in how you capture the attention of the buying public.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This really is not different from what we do when we send our resumes, we present ourselves to new relationships, and deal in general with people we encounter in the world-read, try to provide a favorable image of ourselves. And while there is absolutely nothing that is morally objectionable in all this publicity, as other efforts on our part, has its temptations and vices.<span id="more-389"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The problem is that we live in a culture where people would have been taught by most of its preachers and teachers moral only when you serve others you do things that are worthwhile. Or at least, you should try to do good to others to be a good person. This means that most business people, especially advertisers, do not stand a chance of doing something that is morally valid if they are honest about what you really want to do.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">No matter how well they do in truth, the fact is that most business people first and foremost is fighting to improve their own destiny, not the others. And the fact that they could not go very far in this effort, without at the same time what others regard as their own interest, not to be the crucial ethical issue. Most other philosophers and moralists of our time proclaim that before anything else to do those things that are good for others and, as companies look awkward if you say it, the business can not credibly assert that it has a moral value.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In one example should suffice. The Prudential Corporation, a company that is engaged primarily in the public offering a wide range of financial services, promotes the same stating that his &#8220;sole purpose&#8221; is to give customers a certain mental state, such as peace or security. What an incredible and while obvious. Also, how pathetic!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">No one can seriously believe that the owners of The Prudential, investors and others are really concerned primarily, if not exclusively, in offering consumers a good feeling or a mental state satisfactory. That, of course, may well be a means of livelihood. Everyone in the business world should naturally try to find a line of work that will bring satisfaction to customers. But merely stating that the first, if not the only business objective is to benefit others, will become what any intelligent person a trick, a deception or an old lie flat and flat.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Nevertheless, one can at least have some appreciation of why business people, especially those who are involved more directly with the public-namely, advertisers, are tempted to pretend to be altruistic benefactors, servants selfless humanity.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Those who teach business ethics at most campuses and those who write and direct the academic texts and journals, are fundamentally convinced that a human being can only do what is right if it becomes a servant of others. Behavior guided by self-interest is wrong, say, or the best is something we simply have to do at some point but not get any moral credit for it. Robert Kuttner wrote a book called &#8220;Everything is for Sale&#8221; while Earl Shorris writes another entitled &#8220;A National of Salesmen,&#8221; which essentially despise the act of selling and advertising, and become villains who engage in these activities. It So hide the fact that one is engaged in sales or support that sell anything is truly following in the footsteps of Mother Teresa is understandable.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Just look at how often <a href="http://laccd-contest.com/entrepreneurs-2/why-study-entrepreneurship.html">business people</a> is honored not for what they accomplish as professionals, but by their extracurricular activities such as philanthropy, public service, cultural and political patronage, etc.. A doctor, an educator, scientist, artist, and even an athlete are honored for what they do in their work area. But someone in the business world is, to quote David Letterman, &#8220;a little guy obsessed with money,&#8221; to be acquitted unless it achieves through various community services.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In fact, however, the moral stance that moralists have been able to sell itself lacks merit. This is not the benevolent behavior, generosity, charity, compassion, kindness, are not ethically meritorious. Without these virtues one would live a very empty life. But they are by no means the only or even the largest, sources of moral worth in human life.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The courage, honesty, prudence and other virtues, are vital and are not primarily related to the benefit of others. And ethics, in general, involves making the best of life, pay attention to the fact of doing good as we live, whether they concerned the private sector, community, family, social or political. The fact of isolating the social forum as the only area that allows for moral credit is a serious mistake. Human beings must strive for excellence on several fronts, not just when their peers need them.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Companies do not need to have as its sole purpose to help others. Its primary purpose is to ensure the success of the company, doing good things for the benefit of those who are its owners in order to achieve a profit that allows them to thrive.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This is nothing about which we should be ashamed, as advertisers should not succumb to the temptation to pretend they are not being careful, above all, because under that yes they are is that they take very seriously the interests of its customers. It is sad that a firm called The Prudential not even understand a bit of the meaning of the term used to his name, and that all human beings should, as a matter of morality or ethics, be careful in life and seek to thrive.</p>

And why should not it be: business schools rarely taught much about the law in general, let alone the highly specialized world of intellectual property rights.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Since the business school trained professional do not generally take their cues from the methods of his colleagues, one can say that a large majority of employers do not consider intellectual property to include a necessary step in formulating their business plans. My conversations with employers in recent years confirms this.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">When intellectual property is a cornerstone of the new business of an employer, it is likely because the forms of scientific or technical subject matter based on the company. In this context, it makes sense that the core scientific or technical subject matter of the business model must be protected by seeking patent protection. In my opinion, this is an excessively narrow view of when a new business concept requires IP protection, however.<span id="more-386"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In short, an entrepreneur takes more than a yes or no decision focused on whether to get one or more patents to protect your idea. Rather, before launching his new business, an entrepreneur must develop and execute a business strategy centered on whether she needs to pursue IP protection to meet your goals.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">While intellectual property may seem arcane and impenetrable to those who have not been trained in this specialized area of law, fortunately, the formulation of a strategy requires an employer to make just two simple questions:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">* What aspects of my business model makes me different from my competitors?<br />
* Would find it difficult to meet my goal and get my refund if someone wants to copy the different aspects of my business model?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Regarding the first question, most employers should easy to define different aspects of its strategy. In fact, the vast majority of business models based on one or more perceived needs in a particular market, they are not being met by competitors. These one or more differentiating serve as the competitive advantage that gives the employer model and serve as the reason that seeks to develop the business in the first place.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Regarding the second question, most employers will agree that it would be difficult for them to succeed in their goals if a competitor were able to copy the different aspects of their business models. In answering &#8220;yes&#8221; to each of these questions, the employer must understand that an executable IP strategy should be an essential aspect of its business plan preparation.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is important here to clarify exactly what I mean by &#8220;intellectual property strategy.&#8221; Significantly, the IP strategy does not necessarily mean that the employer&#8217;s final objective is to obtain applicable intellectual property rights, whether a patent or otherwise. By contrast, a strategy is focused on understanding whether and how IP protection of different aspects of the business model would strengthen the ability of entrepreneurs to achieve their goals.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">With respect to patents, intellectual property strategy may indicate that it may be profitable to obtain a patent, but the filing of an application may nonetheless provide significant competitive protection. For example, because it takes many years and considerable expense for a patent until the end in most technologies, it would make sense for an employer to try to get rights when the business model is expected to evolve significantly over time. In this case, by the time the patent issue, it is possible that they could not cover the products, technology or services company. Still, the IP strategy may indicate that however it would be valuable to the employer to provide its competitors with the perception that she is seeking a patent on some aspect of the business model.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">To do so, the employer may wish to submit a full application with the expectation that it can not issue as a patent. This presentation will allow the business to announce that his business is &#8220;patent pending&#8221; technology. I have found that in some industries to use &#8220;patent pending&#8221; can help fend off competition can substantially assist in marketing efforts of a company. <p style="text-align: justify;">An example of immeasurable value establishing a business in developing brand equity is the LifeLocki IDENTITY theft prevention products. <p style="text-align: justify;">There are many other ways for an employer to protect different aspects of their business model on competition for intellectual property strategy. Other illustrative examples include strategic partnerships and takes the lead. In fact, chances are many ways to protect a business model of competition, as there are business models. The key is for employers to fully engage with the need to include IP strategies into their business plans and to ensure that run on the intellectual property strategy. The Association of Employers of Alcobendas &#8211; AICA is responsible for organizing this Award on what will be its first edition. The idea came from the initiative promoted by two organizations associated with AICA, Silk &amp; Soy and eXCellennium, and was approved by the Board of the Association. AICA has decided to develop and promote the award institutionally in order to distinguish the work of those institutions that demonstrate efficient long-term vision and well aligned with the needs of internal and external business and global society.<br />
The evaluation of the companies participating in the International Award for Sustainability and Development will be based on a new sustainable management methodology worked and contrasted by the committee of experts and proven business organizations with advanced management, which have volunteered to receive &#8220;Check Pilot&#8221; Sustainability.<br />
The Vision Award is to become the global benchmark award for the Management and Sustainable Development.
